Upon arrival at Chitose Airport, coach transfer to Northern Horse Park. The Park is affiliated with Northern Farm, a leading racehorse breeding and training farm. Enjoy your lunch at the park. After lunch, transfer to Furano. Photo stop at Sakura Road (University of Tokyo Hokkaido Forest) where you can see cherry blossoms. Next, visit Furano Winery (富良野ワイン工場). The local wine has been produced in Furano since 1972. Today, enjoy the wine tasting here. Thereafter, transfer to Campana Rokkatei. A Hokkaido sweet shop where you can have original soft ice-cream. Finally, transfer to the hotel for check in. Tonight, enjoy your dinner at the hotel. You can visit Ningle Terrace during your free time at New Furano Prince.

After breakfast, visit Flower Land Kamifurano (フラワーランドかみふらの) for Lavender Pillow making & Hokkaido Potato ** No flower in early May! Next, proceed to Blue Pond (青い池), a man-made pond feature in Biei. The blue color comes from the aluminum in the water from the nearby hot springs which reflects the color of the blue sky, and the sulfur and lime have turned the pond bed white, which further complements the blue water. This afternoon, lunch is at Asahikawa Ramen Village (旭川ラーメン村) where eight of Asahikawa’s most well-known ramen shops gather lunch at own expense. After lunch, transfer to Sapporo city. Drive-by Odori Park, TV Tower, Clock Tower. Tonight, enjoy the Crab Course dinner at a local restaurant. Finally, transfer to the hotel for check in.
After breakfast, transfer to Outlet Mall Chitose RERA or Mitsui Outlet Mall. Here, you can enjoy a variety of fashion, food and entertainment options. Lunch is on your own arrangement at the mall. Next, visit Hakone Farm, where you can experience the Milking & Butter Making. Thereafter, transfer to Tanuki Koji Street for shopping. Dinner is at your own arrangement during free & easy time.
After breakfast, transfer to Otaru (小樽) and pass by Otaru Canal (小樽運河). Visit Otaru Sakaimachi Street (小樽堺町). You’ll find many Western-style buildings here that currently house many restaurants, cafes, boutiques and museums. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. After lunch, proceed to Yoichi and visit Nikka Whiskey Yoichi (余市ニッカウィスキー). One of Japan’s top whiskey makers has its main distillery in Yoichi. Nikka whiskeys have been recognized to rank among the world’s best single malt whiskeys and have won numerous awards. Next, visit Silo Observatory (サイロ展望台) which gives you the best view of Lake Toya area. Finally, transfer to the hotel for check in. Tonight, dinner will be served at the hotel restaurant.
After breakfast, visit Date City Museum of History and Culture to observing Sword making & cherry blossom viewing. Next, proceed to a local restaurant for lunch [Sushi]. After lunch, transfer to Onuma and visit Onuma Park (大沼公園). Today, you can get to experience to ride on Speed Motor Boat (10min). Next, transfer to Hakodate city. Tonight, enjoy your dinner [Japanese Western Course] at a local restaurant and thereafter end the night on Mt. Hakodate Ropeway (函館山ロープウェイ) and be mesmerized by the famous nightscape of Hakodate. Transfer to the hotel for check in.
After breakfast, transfer to the Matsumae area, visit Matsumae Castle (松前城)[with local guide]. Matsumae Castle was the northernmost Japanese castle in the Edo period and the only one to be constructed in Hokkaido. This afternoon, enjoy your lunch Hanshu Ryori (籓主料理) at a local restaurant. After lunch, transfer to Esashi Inishie Kaido (江差いにしえ街道) [with Local Guide] and Old Nakamura Residence (旧中村家). It is reproducing the old-fashioned townscape that was vibrant with herring fishery and performed trade with Honshu by a cargo ship in the Edo period. Proceed to hotel check in. After dinner, you can enjoy the natural hot spring at the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, visit Hakodate Morning Market (函館朝市). It has more than 200 stores and sells delicious food from Hakodate such as marine produce, vegetables, fruit, sweets and chinmi (processed seafood). After that, proceed to the Hakodate Bay Area, known for the old Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses that house a number of shops and restaurants and offers spectacular night views. This afternoon, lunch is at your own expense. Next, visit the Goryokaku Tower (五稜郭). From here, you would be able to see the grand Mt. Hakodate and Yokotsu mountain range. Continue your journey at Motomachi Area (函館元町), a district favored by foreign residents who settled in Hakodate when Japan’s era of isolation came to an end in 1854. Dinner is at your own expense at the airport.
