Our group of 45 experienced, professional employees and 60 JTB guides are committed to serve our tourists with the constant mindset of ensuring safety, comfortability and personal touch. Our friendly employees at JTB Orchard lounge are most glad to assist tourists' inquiries.
2. Outbound Corporate & Education Department
With our extensive global network, we offer you a total solution in areas covering business travel management, MICE arrangement and overseas school trip.
3. Outbound Leisure Department
Our ION counter and Takashimaya counter handle customers of different nationalities. In addition, our specialized Japanese tours employees have the capability to serve customers who travel globally.
4. MyBus Department
Japanese speaking guides will take care of tourists participating in the Singapore local land tours. We conduct more than 20 tours daily and are looking forward to welcoming more tourists to join our tours.
5. Purchasing Department
JTB world gift offers free delivery service for souvenirs to Japan. Tourists can also purchase products from Singapore souvenir brochures at local price. The convenience has created popularity among the tourists.
